We gladly accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
- All return items have to have unopened packaging and undamaged.
- Returned items that are damaged or incomplete, or arrive after the 14-day return period will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customers at the expense of the customers. If in case we decide to accept the return, the costs to replace missing components or return damaged parts to resalable condition may apply and reduce the refund.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products to us. All shipping charges must be paid in advance.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If the returned items initially qualified for our Free Shipping Program, our initial out-of-pocket costs for shipping the order to our customers will be deducted from the refund.

- Calendars
- Art prints in all formats
- Decorative pillows
Return Procedure
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us. We will email you the RMA together with the return instructions and shipment address. Return packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
- Pack the return items well in the original shipping box, or comparable box.
- Write the RMA on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box).
- We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance as you are responsible for getting the package to us safely.
- Once the return package has been received and inspected, a refund, net of any applicable fees as outlined above, will be issued to the payment method used for the order.
