We gladly accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions.
Items that Are Not Returnable
- Items that have been registered for warranty
Conditions for Items to be Returned
- The items are brand new, unused and in resalable condition. “Used”, in this context, includes cleaning and washing
- The items have all of their original components, documentations, and packaging
- All serial numbers match those of the original purchase
- The items have not been registered for warranty with the manufacturer
Please note that returned items that are soiled, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customers at the customers’ expense.
Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additional return fees, such as manufacturer repackaging fees, or costs to replace missing/damaged parts, may apply and reduce the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the items initially qualified for our Free Shipping Program, the actual costs for the original shipment will be deducted.
The refund, net of return fees and shipping cost, will be credited to the payment method used for the original order.
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us. We will email you the RMA together with the return instructions and shipment address. Return packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
- Pack the return items well in the original shipping box, or comparable box if the original one was damaged. Enclose a copy of the return instruction in the box.
- Write the RMA on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box) and ship to the address in the instruction. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance as you are responsible for getting the package to us safely. All shipping charges must be paid in advance.
- Once the return package has been received and inspected, we will issue the net refund according to the guidelines outlined above.
The RMA is valid for a 14-day period commencing on the day it is issued. If we do not receive the return within this period, we will consider the transaction closed and no refunds nor exchanges will be allowed. If the return arrives after the 14-day period has expired, the package will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. To that end, please ensure that the return is processed timely.
